Heel the Soul

This annual event that is hosted every March or April was started by one of our very own Sisters, Roshni "Misdemeanor" Thomas from the Imminent Iota Class.

 Before the event, each Sister is asked to fundraise a certain amount of money from local businesses and UGA organizations to donate to Project Safe Inc. This past April 2022, we raised $2,323.

Along with the fundraising, Sisters, along with the community, take our annual walk in heels around campus to symbolize the pain that domestic violence survivors experience. 

Along with that, we have a speaker come out to talk about domestic violence awareness and what we, as a community, can do to help. We also have games, merchandise for purchase, activities, and a raffle.
